Helloooo beautiful people!

Your fave is back! And for those of you who are new here, I’m Ada Avocado and I provide feel-good, engaging content!

Occasionally I drop some knowledge and my storytime always brings the entertainment.

What mischief am I cooking up today? Well, it’s gonna be more like mixing-up cause I’m too tired to cook but, I definitely need some sort of nourishment, and it’s gotta be Keto!

So I’m gonna whip me up a cool, easy Keto Pumpkin Spice latte that should give me the energy to cook and get me in the mood for all this Halloween merch I’m preparing for you guys.

So throw on your Uggs, put your hair in a pony and don your best pair of leggings cause while we make this shake, the esthetic we’re going for is ‘middle-class college girl on her way to Starbucks’ lol!

Now on to the recipe:

Ada’s Keto Pumpkin Spice Pump Me Up Latte

1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree (Store-bought is fine, or make your own if you’re Martha Stewart)

1/2 cup full-fat Coconut or Almond Milk

1/2 cup non-dairy Creamer ( I use a coconut one)

2 tsp. Erythritol Sweetener

1 tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

2 shots Espresso

Whipped coconut cream for topping

1/2 tsp. each of ground Nutmeg and Cinnamon also for topping

Add all ingredients except whipped coconut cream and topping spices) to a medium saucepan and slowly bring it to a boil. Stir constantly on low until well mixed, mine boiled over a bit, but whatever… then let it cool enough to drink.

Grab your fave mug and add a shot of espresso then top with the pumpkin mixture.

Top it with the whipped coconut cream and finish it with a generous sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Ahh, you can just smell it through the screen, can’t you?!

Serves 2 but be greedy like me and drink it all.

Ada out!
